story intro
Dr. Matsuoka is back as the school nurse. As such, he doesn't play a large role in the story, but he does appear in the common route and several of the other character routes. Kazuki asked him to help watch over Tomo, so Matsuoka always has a place in the nurse's office where Tomo can hide out from his responsibilities.

Ito Keita - coworker
Seven years ago, Keita learned about the accident in the Suzubishi research lab that left Yoshizumi Hiroya in a coma, and volunteered himself to help with the research that led to his recovery. Thus, it's no surprise that Dr. Matsuoka is still friends with Keita seven years later. The two of them are also friends with Kazuki, and they watch over Tomo in his place while Kazuki is working abroad.

special remarks
- No one has ever seen him angry and it seems he has a lover outside the school, and despite how he looks, he rides a large motorcycle. Those are the impressions the students have of him.
- Even though he'll give advice, he doesn't talk much about himself, so the students don't really know a lot of details and they find him a little mysterious.
- His appearance hasn't changed much in seven years. If you asked him about it, he'd laugh it off.
- Professor Ito seems to know him from way back, but the only thing he'd tell you is that Dr. Matsuoka has always been a kind person.
personal history
Was part of the 8th graduating class of BL School. He started his job 7 years ago - the year Keita transferred in.
additional information (revealed in-game)
After the problem from Keita's school days (his friend's accident in the Suzubishi research lab) was solved, he had the option of returning to work at a hospital, but because of his feelings of gratitude towards the school, he has stayed even now.
He knows that Kasahara is the director and that Professor Ito was asked by Kazuki, who is Kasahara's guardian and the previous-previous director, to support Kasahara and report on the condition of the school, and supports them both.
additional information (not revealed in-game)
In his own way, he sees the overlap between Kazuki a long time ago and Kasahara. (Although Kazuki was an adult, he feels they're similar in that they don't ask anyone for help.) Since he provided the care for the previous director (Kasahara's older brother) who had a weak constitution, he's also very familiar with him.
